The following form requests detailed information about your experiences with languages, children, and independent living.  The main reason for this is that we have limited time to interview you, and much of that time will be spent answering your questions.  We have found this time is better spent when we have as much information as possible about you beforehand.  We know you are very busy, and appreciate you taking the time to fill out this form to the best of you ability.

When you arrive we will be taking you to see apartments and scooters, as well as helping you arrange Chinese lessons if you want them. Most of your decisions will have to be made in Taiwan, when you have seen the apartment or driven the scooter. However, you can help us get things started by telling us the following.
